Sahara Net recently launched a major update to its "MyAccount" section on the company web site (www.sahara.com
) which will allow Sahara Net subscribers to view their account information, request updating contact details, change the login password, check online usage, plus many other required services. Eng. Kais Al-Essa, Operations & Technical Services Manager comments "This progress is in line with Sahara Net strategy to maintain high levels of Quality in all of our provided services." He also added that Sahara Net lately enhanced several aspects of their provided Internet Service through the acceptance of Mobile calls on the Toll Free number and establishing an active communication channel with customers through SMS and E-Mail.
Mr. Waleed Abu Shaban, the Sales and Marketing Manager, commented that the level of after Sales support is an important aspect for the continuing success of any ISP. He added also that the Summer Offer (Double Your Time) had great success and is considered one of the most aggressive campaigns in ISP history. He added that the offer started on July 15 and will finish on the 31st of August.
