HRDF Memorandum Signed
Sahara Net has just signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) in order to higher more Saudi personnel in its departments. The MOU will help Sahara Net to hire Saudi youth and enroll them into real life jobs after some training period. HRDF will share the training cost of the new Saudi staff and once the training is over, HRDF will share the wage of the new Saudi staff for a period of 24 months inclusive of the training period. One of Sahara Net ultimate goals is to help reduce the unemployment rate in Saudi Arabia. It is also worth mentioning that Sahara Net is leading the market in hiring Saudi professionals in many of its branches and departments around the Kingdom.
