Compensating Affected Riyadh DSL Customers

Sahara Net apologizes to its customer for the ADSL problem that affected part of Riyadh area. Kindly read the details to learn about the compensation method 

Sahara Net apologizes to its customer for the ADSL problem that affected parts of Riyadh area. The problem was rectified by STC after mutual efforts from both sides. Because Sahara Net cares for its customers and their best interest, we have given 1 week free compensation to all affected customers. The compensation method is as follows:

 
  1. For normal subscriptions, expiry dates have been automatically extended with an extra 1 week. No action is required from these customers.
     
  2. For Prepaid Cards customers, we have setup an application online that will take your Prepaid cards to check it its part of the affected list of customers and then automatically issue a replacement separate card for 1 week.

    We assure you of best services as always and we will ensure that such problems don't occur again inshallah.
